Description

Catnip Chamomile Lavender Tea Blend!! For evening relaxation and bed time! This is loose tea, not tea in teabags. Sample orders will be 3 grams of the blend. WARNING: Dried herbs were handled on equipment that is also used to handle seeds and nuts. Catnip , or catmint as it is sometimes referred to, has been around forever. Cat owners are aware of catnip because of the effect it has on their feline friends, but the catnip plant has a long and varied history throughout the ages. Catnip has long been a highly regarded ingredient in herbal teas. Catnip can be brewed to produce an herbal tea. Catnip tea was often used as a way of making unpleasant or difficult tasks that bit easier. Chamomile is the common name for several daisy -like plants of the family Asteraceae that are commonly used to make herb infusions to serve various medicinal purposes. Chamomile 'tea' is an herbal infusion made from dried chamomile flowers and hot water, though does not contain black, green, yellow or white tea ( Camellia sinensis ) . Chamomile 'tea' is said to be a digestive relaxant. Lavender flowers are occasionally blended with green , or herbal teas . It is grown as a condiment and used in salads and dressings. Flowers yield abundant nectar from which bees make a high-quality honey . Lavender flavours baked goods and desserts (it pairs especially well with chocolate), and is also used to make "lavender sugar". Lavender lends a floral and slightly sweet flavour to most dishes, and is sometimes paired with sheep's-milk and goat's-milk cheeses . We do not make any medical claims or give any advice for applications/usage.
